The challenges of being gluten free

I remember how overwhelmed I felt the first time going grocery shopping for gluten free products. The selection of gluten free products have really grown, but to me there still isn't enough, especially for children. The cost of some of these products are outrageous. I have found that making my own bread for my son, seems to be the best tasting, and also the most cost effective. hopefully, one day soon there will be a gluten free grocery store. For now, I am lucky to have a grocery store about 20 minutes away from me, that has an organic/gluten free section. I go there twice a month, and stock up for what I will need for the month for my son (Mason).
