~*Father's Day Menu*~
Appetizer: Marinated shrimp wrapped in bacon
Ingredients:
*1/2 cup olive oil
*2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
*3 Tablespoons fresh dill
*2 garlic cloves, minced
*1 pound large shrimp, peeled & deveined
*Thin, lean, sliced bacon
Directions:
1.In a medium bowl, mix together oil, lemon juice, dill and garlic. Add shrimp and marinate over night.
2.Cut each slice of bacon into 3 pieces and wrap one piece around each shrimp, fastening with a round toothpick.
3.Place on a baking sheet & cook under broiler for 2-4 minutes per side.
Serve immediately.
